Tickets are $30 each (advance purchase only no later than May 5). To purchase tickets:
1) Mail in a check(s) to: UNAP Children's Hospital Fund, 375 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904, or
2) Click on "Buy Now" button below (see further details below).
Please indicate your choice of prime rib or chicken cordon bleu when you mail in your check(s) or when paying via Paypal.
A few tips for online purchase:
Click on the 'Buy Now' button to go into the "Paypal" website. At the top of the page, in the space under 'item', type in your last name or a group name, and totals for Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu Dinner.
Under 'unit price', enter the TOTAL dollar amount. So, if you are purchasing 4 tickets, you would enter $120.
Scroll down, on the left side you will see small credit card pictures. Click on 'continue' to enter credit card information.
We receive an email within minutes of your purchase, and will email you confirming receipt & mail the tickets.
