Mandatory Overtime Pledge
for RI General Assembly candidates

I hereby pledge to support legislation that will prohibit the dangerous practice of mandatory overtime in all but legitimate emergencies.  I recognize that mandatory overtime increases the risk of errors and accidents that place patients and caregivers at risk.  Therefore, I commit to co-sponsoring, advocating, and voting for mandatory overtime legislation.
